Picking a real estate agent can be very stressful - I know! I have nothing but good things to say about Stephanie and Rebecca.

Let me first start by saying when my husband and I were in the housing market, Rebecca was in the learning stages so most of our contact was with Stephanie. I've watched Rebecca grow into the business. She likes to please and is very caring about her clients.

We started with Stephanie when we were selling a house in Severn. The market was hot at that time - our house sold in a couple of weeks. We liked Stephanie so much, and were so pleased with her that we also used Stephanie as our agent when we bought our current home.

Stehpanie was extremely patient and caring in the 2 years (yes, 2 years) it took us to find our home. I respected the fact that she was not out for the money. She could have very easily talked us into buying a house inappropriate for our needs just to get a sale, but she was very honest and up front if she saw issues with homes (especially if they were a money pit).

Stephanie wanted my family to be happy with our purchase and she wanted us to be happy living in our new home.

Both Stephanie and Rebecca were available when we needed. They worked as closely to our schedule as possible. Anytime my husband or I had questions, they were answered.

The house my husband and I bought is a family home. When the house became available, I was leary about getting family involved in business. Stephanie took charge and made the process go smoothly. I remember her saying, "Don't worry about anything. I'll take care of it". And she did! She was extremely professional and compassionate - two qualities that rarely go together.

Stephanie and Rebecca are very knowledgable about the real estate business.

They worked miracles for us. I am very greatful for the hardwork and dedication they instilled unto my family. I not only would use Stephanie and Rebecca again, but I have refered them to family and friends.
